Gluten Free Bread Rolls (1)

Nice and soft, these are ideal to freeze and use for dinner parties.

  1. Use my White Sandwich Bread mix recipe.
  2. Lightly grease a 12 x 125ml (4oz) capacity muffin tin.
  3. Pour the batter into the muffin tin holes. (don’t over-fill)
  4. Cover and allow to rise until doubled in size.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes at 230OC (450OF). These rolls will continue to rise while baking.
  6. Cool slightly in pan then turn onto wire rack to cool.
