Nice and soft, these are ideal to freeze and use for dinner parties.
- Use my White Sandwich Bread mix recipe.
- Lightly grease a 12 x 125ml (4oz) capacity muffin tin.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin holes. (don’t over-fill)
- Cover and allow to rise until doubled in size.
- Bake for about 25 minutes at 230OC (450OF). These rolls will continue to rise while baking.
- Cool slightly in pan then turn onto wire rack to cool.
